• All bookings are confirmed only after telephonic or WhatsApp confirmation from Mahak Travels.
• Fares are quoted per trip based on route, vehicle type, duration and season.
• Toll, parking, state permit and driver allowance are charged as applicable unless stated otherwise.
• Vehicle allotment is subject to availability; an equivalent vehicle may be provided when required.
• Cancellation and rescheduling terms are shared at the time of booking confirmation.
• Passengers are requested to carry valid ID proof for outstation and hotel check-ins.
